How to register:

Please create a new user account and continue the on-line procedure with your e-mail address and password. Upon submitting the registration form, you will receive an automatically generated summary to your e-mail address.

If you have co-authored and submitted a congress paper through our paper submission portal, please use the username and password entered when submitting your paper.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it via the forgotten password link on the log-in page. A new password will be sent to your e-mail account (please also check the spam folder).

The registration fee includes:

  • Participation in all lectures
  • Digital Abstract book
  • Coffee breaks
  • CME Credits (pending approval from EACCME)

Medical accreditation - CME

The congress is submitted for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). The number of CME credits will be determined and approved by the EACCME based on the scientific content and duration of the program. Updates will be provided in early November once accreditation is confirmed.

Payment

  • Payments should clearly state the participant's name
  • All payments should have the notification "AA2025"
  • For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names to email
  • VAT (22%) is included in the registration fee

Confirmation of registration

Your registration and all payments will be confirmed in writing upon receipt of your registration form and payment or proof of payment.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations of conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat, Cankarjev dom, Cultural and Congress Centre. Cancellations received no later than 6 September 2025 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of EUR 60. Refunds will be paid after the conference. No refunds or changes are possible after this date.

Changes in registration

Name and invoice changes should be notified in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of EUR 30 will be charged.

Conference identification badge

A conference identification badge will be included in the conference material provided upon registration. There will be no admittance to the Scientific Sessions & Poster Session without the conference badge.

Language

The official language of the conference is English. All abstracts must be submitted in English and all presentations must be delivered in English.

Attendance certificate

A certificate of attendance will be issued to all registered participants after the congress digitally to delegates who submitted EACCME feedback Survey.
